Dry a lightly damp, intact aid
Likely cause
A little surface moisture may be removable safely.
- 1Switch the hearing aid off.
- 2Remove the battery if it is disposable; leave sealed rechargeable aids intact.
- 3Wipe the outside with a soft dry cloth.
- 4Use a manufacturer-approved drying kit for 24 hours or as instructed.
- 5Test only once fully dry; do not charge while wet.
