Clear and dry the tubing
Likely cause
Moisture or wax may block the tube.
- 1Switch off and detach only the earmould and tube if your audiologist has shown you how.
- 2Use a hearing aid tube blower on the detached tube only.
- 3Let the tubing dry fully before reconnecting.
