Likely cause
Your hearing aid may be switched off or out of power.
- 1Switch the hearing aid on using its normal controls.
- 2For rechargeable aids, charge only when dry using the supplied charger; for disposable aids, fit a fresh battery the right way round.
- 3Check the volume and listening programme.
