Check the soft tip and sound opening
Likely cause
Wax on the soft tip (dome) or earpiece can block sound.
- 1Switch the hearing aid off.
- 2Wipe the outside of the earpiece with a soft dry cloth.
- 3For a removable dome, follow your manufacturer’s instructions to clean or replace it with the same approved size.
