The saved connection may need refreshing.
- 1Find your hearing aids in the phone’s Bluetooth or hearing-device settings.
- 2Choose Forget or Remove for the relevant hearing aid entries.
- 3Remove the saved hearing aids from the app too.
- 4Restart the aids and follow the manufacturer’s pairing instructions.
